Vibration Plate Workout Upper Body

Bluefin vibration plate workout upper body

Crucial for keeping arms and shoulders strong and defined, upper body workouts are an important part of most fitness routines. And while often neglected in favour of other workout types, many upper body exercises are simple to learn.

Including a vibration plate into these workouts can seriously boost results. Proven to help burn stubborn fat and tone muscle. A vibration plate upper body workout is easy to achieve at home.

Here’s an effective workout you can try, with a quick breakdown of each exercise. Ideal for all abilities, you can easily customise reps to suit your individual fitness level.

Bicep Curls

Many people assume bicep curls have to be done with traditional free weights. But this couldn’t be further from the truth! Our vibration plate and resistance band combo is great for this exercise, allowing you to engage your bicep muscles with ease.

Ideal for building muscle size, bicep curls help enhance strength and overall definition. As their name suggests, they primarily engage your bicep muscles at the front of your upper arm. And to a lesser extent, your lower arm muscles too.

Lateral Shoulder Raises

Just like bicep curls, lateral shoulder raises can easily be achieved with resistance bands too.

Ideal for building shoulder size and increasing strength, this exercise also engages your upper back muscles and core. Especially when standing on a vibration plate!

Flyes

While flyes may appear to only engage arms, your chest is also heavily worked too. Designed to help build chest muscles and increase definition, flyes are yet another exercise easily achievable with a resistance band.

Cable Rows

Not all exercises with a vibration plate involve standing up. Cable rows are a great example!

Primarily working your back and forearm muscles, cable rows also engage the shoulders too. A definite all-rounder, this exercise is an ideal upper body workout finisher.

And there you have it. A simple yet effective upper body session you can easily achieve at home. And whilst these exercises can be done without a vibration plate, including one will definitely help enhance results.
