Free Shipping to UK

At Bluefin we offer a free delivery service, if you are making a UK order before 2pm your parcel should arrive within 2 working days, any orders after 2pm please allow up to 3 working days to receive your product.

If you are due to receive a free gift with your product this will be sent as a separate package and may have a longer delivery period.

For our heavier items, over 30kg in weight, we offer a free Room of Choice delivery service. Our delivery partner will be in contact to arrange a delivery date that works for you, but please allow up to two additional working days for these products to ship.

Additional Info

Any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers.

Doing so will automatically cancel your order, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order.

Deliveries and potential collections can only be made to a doorstep/curb side location and therefore any further transport to another locality will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is delivered with a pallet or crate, these must be retained for packaging or a suitable replacement provided by the customer in the event of any return.
