COVID July Update

An update for all of our customers. Firstly, I just want to say thank you for continuing to support us during this time. Please know that we are working flat out to ensure the least amount of impact on delivery and customer service wait times.

We are currently receiving a high volume of support queries. This means that you may experience a longer wait time for replies. Our team is working to respond to everyone as soon as possible. It’s also worth knowing that multiple requests about the same issue will result in longer wait times - due to you losing your place in the queue.

Due to the recent increase in orders, our processing time is now longer than usual. This can be delayed up to 5 working days. Please be assured that we are dispatching your boards as quickly and as safely as we can.

Pre-Orders are being sent as close to their dates as possible, but again, we are relying on couriers for efficient dispatch and in some cases, this is just not possible. We rely on third-party couriers and due to the ongoing pandemic and also a global increase in online shopping they are struggling to keep up with demand.

In some cases, please allow up to 5 working days in addition to these dispatch times below:

UK Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 1-3 working days. Please note that, due to the COVID19 pandemic, the couriers have suspended all service guarantees, so we sadly cannot guarantee that these shipment times will be adhered to by our couriers, but they will endeavour to do so as much as possible.

Republic of Ireland Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 3-5 working days. Please note that, due to the COVID19 pandemic, the couriers have suspended all service guarantees, so we sadly cannot guarantee that these shipment times will be adhered to by our couriers, but they will endeavour to do so as much as possible.

European Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 4-6 working days. Please note that, due to the COVID19 pandemic, the couriers have suspended all service guarantees, so we sadly cannot guarantee that these shipment times will be adhered to by our couriers, but they will endeavour to do so as much as possible.

US Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 3-5 working days. Please note that, due to the COVID19 pandemic, the couriers have suspended all service guarantees, so we sadly cannot guarantee that these shipping times will be adhered to by our couriers, but they will endeavour to do so as much as possible.

Please be assured that we PRIDE ourselves on customer service and we are working flat out to make sure that we can resolve issues and answer queries as soon as possible. We usually have a 24 hour response time, but due to demand, we have had to extend this to 72 hours. We are currently working on processes to speed this up but your patience is so appreciated in this time.

We recommend that all users of our vibration plates consult a GP before they use a power plate of any kind. People with certain health conditions may be advised not to utilise a vibration plate. Therefore, we always suggest that if you have any doubt about your vibration plate usage you should consult your GP.

There is a lot of debate surrounding the subject. Although clinical studies concerning the effects of vibrating machines during pregnancy are lacking, we recommend consulting your GP on this matter.

It’s better to be safe than sorry. If you think you might be someone who cannot use a vibration plate, then seek medical advice.

Power plates or vibration plates can be used for many different reasons. With the plate sending high-speed and varied vibrations through your body your muscles are stimulated at a much higher rate than usual.
