- Order Timeframe:
- Orders placed before 2pm are expected to arrive within 2 working days.
- Orders placed after 2pm should allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
- Free Gift: If you are eligible to receive a free gift with your order, it will be sent as a separate package. Please note that the delivery period for the free gift may be longer.
- Delivery Address Restrictions:
- Orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box cannot be delivered by Bluefin’s couriers.
- Using a pack station or PO box as the delivery address will automatically result in the cancellation of the order.
- Customers should ensure they provide a business or residential address for delivery.
- Delivery/Collection Location (<30kg):
- Deliveries and potential collections are limited to doorstep/curb side locations.
- Any further transportation of the product to another locality beyond the doorstep/curb side is the responsibility of the customer.
- Heavy Items (>30kg):
- For heavier items weighing over 30kg, Bluefin provides a free “Room of Choice” delivery service.
- The delivery team will navigate buildings and stairs in flats/apartments.
- If there is no available elevator, delivery will be made no higher than the 3rd floor, subject to a health and safety risk assessment.
- A delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Allow up to two additional working days for delivery of these heavier products.
- Pallet or Crate:
- If your order is delivered with a pallet or crate, it’s essential to retain these items.
- These pallets or crates may be required for packaging in the event of a return.
- If the pallet or crate is not available for return, the customer may need to provide a suitable replacement.
